She began her real estate practice with M&M Realty in 1993 and earned her broker’s license three years later. She became Vice President of the company in 2001 and was responsible for assisting the broker/owners in day-to-day operations and training new agents. In 2005 M&M Realty sold to Coldwell Banker, and Jennifer’s been here ever since.
Over 99% of Jennifer’s annual business is with repeat and referred buyer and seller clients. Averaging more than $17 million in sales per year, she consistently ranks among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide and among the top 10% of agents in the Pikes Peak area.

As an active member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. Jennifer has been on the organization’s Grievance/Ethics Committee since 2002 and the Hearing Panel since 2018. She serves all communities associated with her membership in the Pikes Peak MLS, Denver MLS, Pueblo MLS and Royal Gorge MLS.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Colorado College and her MBA in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
When not assisting her clients, Jennifer spends time with her husband Chris, their son Marcus and twins Alexander and Haleigh, and her extended family. She enjoys skiing, scuba diving, traveling, home improvement projects and real estate investing.
